This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, create an account, verbally or in writing authorize HealthKwote Inc. to create an account for you, facilitate a purchase, or make a purchase from www.healthkwote.com (the “Site”).

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We also collect users of the site’s information that are not transacting but still are required to access the site to facilitate transactions. This includes everything outlined for those transacting on the site, as well as personal financial information for the purposes of providing compensation to those individuals.

 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order and/or Account Information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order and/or Account Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order and/or Account Information to:

Fulfilling and delivering a service you have requested and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We will also disclose the Order and/or Account Information from the individual transaction (withholding specific payment information including credit card numbers) on the site to the members on the site that have provided access to those that have transacted on the site.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you place an order or transact with or without an account through the Site, we will maintain your Order and/or Account Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Site is not intended for individuals in the age of minority in the region from which the site is being accessed from.
