Shipping / Returns

Our goal at HealthKwote is to ensure that you are beyond satisfied with your experience

Processing Time

 

All orders require upwards of 24-48 hours of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered.

Returns

 


We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase but need to be notified that you'd like to send the product(s) back within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

Please make sure that you report your returns within the timeframes listed above to Hello@HealthKwote.com and reference the order # that was provided to you in the email confirmation. If you don't have this order number, please provide the shipping address along with your First and Last name as well as an approximate date the order was placed.

Unopened Products

Unopened products can be exchanged for store credit or a cash-refund that will be replaced on the original method of payment used to purchase the original order.

Opened Products

Opened products can be exchanged for store credit only, and must contain at minimum 90% of the product. Our team will always be happy to help you find a replacement product that solves problems that you've had previously. 

Cancellations

Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action and is not always possible once an order has been placed. Please reach out to our Customer Care team as soon as possible. If cancellation is not possible at the time of contact, our Customer Care Team can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items).

 

Please double check all order details thoroughly prior to placing your order as we are unable to add additional products or edit details of your order after it has been placed. If you've made an error in your order please contact our Customer Care team immediately for best assistance.
